Specialist practitioners spend decades building a methodology. Archimedes captures it, turns it into a purpose-built application, and lets the practitioner continue to shape that tool over time — in plain language, without a developer.
The Problem
Integrative vets, elite coaches, and functional medicine doctors don't think in search queries. They reason through frameworks built over decades — prioritizing, sequencing, interpreting. Today's AI ignores that completely. And existing practice management software has no mechanism to capture it.
The result: practitioners either dumb down their process to fit generic tools, or they stay off the grid entirely. Neither is acceptable.
Answer confidently with no domain ontology and no clinical reasoning. One wrong answer erodes patient trust.
Practice management tools adding ChatGPT. The workflow is generic. The AI is generic. Nothing captures how this practitioner thinks.
Practitioners who try to build their own tools end up dependent on a developer for every small change. That's not autonomy.
The Product
Archimedes produces a working clinical or coaching application — purpose-built for each practice, with the practitioner's reasoning embedded throughout. Three layers make it work.
A structured 60-minute interview converts a practitioner's frameworks, priorities, clinical logic, and communication style into a persistent ontology — a machine-readable model of how they actually reason. This is the foundation everything else builds on.
The ontology drives a purpose-built app: patient or client management, visit documentation, AI-generated notes and follow-ups, treatment planning, lab tracking, communication tools. The practitioner's methodology shows up in every screen, every generated document, every recommendation — automatically. No prompting required. Every new vertical inherits the shared platform infrastructure, so each deployment gets faster and cheaper to build.
After launch, practitioners don't file tickets and wait. They describe what they want in plain language — a new field, a renamed section, a different workflow sequence — and the platform responds. This is workflow creation AI: the practitioner builds and refines their own clinical tool over time, without needing a developer for every change. The methodology evolves. The application evolves with it.
Because specialist practices share fundamental structure — intake, visit documentation, recommendations, follow-up communication — every new vertical inherits the previous build. What changes is the ontology and the domain logic. A fitness coach and an integrative vet use the same platform infrastructure. A functional medicine doctor and an acupuncturist will too. The marginal cost of each new vertical approaches zero as the platform matures.
How It Works
One structured session. We ask. They explain how they actually think — frameworks, priorities, clinical logic.
Answers become a structured domain model — terminology, decision logic, AI persona, workflow sequences.
The platform builds and deploys a purpose-built application with the practitioner's methodology embedded throughout.
The practitioner describes changes in plain language. The application evolves without a developer in the loop.
Live Today
Same infrastructure. Same AI engine. Only the ontology changes per vertical.
30 years of methodology, now inside the application.
David Levy's physics-based training methodology is codified into Archimedes and deployed into every client session — workout generation, movement screening, progress tracking, and AI coaching guidance all reflect how David actually thinks.
Dr. Barrett's clinical mind, in every patient interaction.
Dr. Meghan Barrett's integrative methodology — Chinese medicine, Western science, and physical rehabilitation — is embedded into a purpose-built veterinary tool. SOAP notes, follow-ups, and treatment plans all reflect how she actually reasons.
The Team
Founder & CEO, Archimedes
30 years in health and fitness. 25 years as a practicing coach. Founder of Fulcrum Fitness (Portland + Honolulu). Built Archimedes because no tool could capture the way elite practitioners actually think — and because the practitioners who need this most are the least served by generic software.
Co-Founder, Vet & Medical Verticals
Integrative veterinary practitioner, Oahu, Hawaii. CVA · CVFT · Certified Canine Rehab Therapist. Colorado State University DVM. The first practitioner to have her full clinical methodology codified into a living application she continues to shape on her own terms.
